The Little Mermaid was my favorite Disney movie growing up and is now a family favorite. In fact, it was the first play my girls were ever in a few years ago. Super cute, right?
This Tuesday, ABC is premiering The Little Mermaid: Live with an all-star cast including Queen Latifah, John Stamos, Auli'i Cravalho and Shaggy. Perfect opportunity to Binge, Bite and Booze: Family Style!
The Mermaid Freeze
The kids will love this and it so easy to make. Simply make three batches of Kool-Aid (fruit punch, blue lemonade and lemonade). Blend with ice and layer. See the adult version here.

Beer Battered Fish
♭Les poissons, les poissons, how I love les poisson♭ Chef Louis is a big fan of fish and so is my krewe. This batter from Louisiana is delicious and makes a great crust. Add some fries and side salad and you have a perfect quick meal. Don't forget the tartar sauce and hot sauce.
Mermaid Pilsner
Since your are going to need beer for your fish batter anyway, this Coney Island Mermaid Pilsner is the perfect drink for the adults!
No Churn Mermaid Ice Cream
This ice cream recipe, courtesy of Homemade Interest is beautiful and easy to make. Plus there aren't many ingredients. It needs to freeze at least 5-6 hours so make it Tuesday morning or Monday night.
Mermaid Tails
These chocolate covered pretzel rods are pretty treats from Ever After in the Woods are easy enough for the big kids to handle on their own.
I don't know about you but we will be singing along to The Little Mermaid soundtrack until Tuesday!
